I too had missed this - being an intermittent problem it makes it difficult to know at first what is happening. But we are being affected by this too.

Not all - I have had no communication from NPG as yet.
Site reliability and communications that we have talked about endlessly with NPG, and they did make efforts to improve. I hope this turns out to be a small blip, but it does not inspire confidence.
Premium pricing should mean premium service.
