Inspiring progress: good practice and new developments, the Annual Joint
Conference of The Library Association of Ireland and The Chartered
Institute of Library and Information Professionals, Ireland takes place
from Tuesday 24th - Thursday 26th April 2007 at The Heritage Hotel,
Portlaoise. This year's conference will provide a timely overview of a
range of current strategic developments, recent research reports and
case studies from Irish and UK libraries. Below is an outline of the
