MyOSCAR can be populated with information from the patients record by
agreement with the patient and doctor.
The patient has the URL.
No sharing of information on national networks. No problems with access
permissions (patient grants or doesn't grant).
Could even have a medic alert bracelet with either the URL or the contact
details for someone who has the password etc
Could grant permissions to groups eg all the A+E docs in one facility - or
the data guardian in one facility.
Rather neat.
....oh, and open source, of course.
