All a bit silly, BUT if it works. It is all in the wording of the
documents Fay. You will not have done anything different at the end of
the day. The problem here is that many things have moved on - sickness
certfication has not, and as you say our working practices and those
of our team etc have changed enormously.
Unless we start asking about silly things that irritate us, nothing
gets done - so how do we best get the ball rolling - do we canvass our
local LMCs??
