This is just the time of year when your LMC will be sending on motions
to the LMC conference - some have an AGM or open meeting fro the purpose
and some just get the LMC itself to consider things. Keep it fairly
concise and meaningful and ask the GPC to do something specific rather
than just rambling on about how things are no good. If long split it
into sections. Your LMC sec should know how to do all this.
