We are currently reviewing our forms and need to consider what we need to
do under the DPA. Can someone point me at any guidance or best practise on
what DPA riders should appear on a form.
I am thinking along the lines...
"Data on this form is being collected for <reason> and <will not be used
for any other purpose/is also passed on to <x> for the purpose of <y>>. It
should be noted that under certain circumstances some or all of the data
may have to be disclosed under the FOI Act, or EIR Act."
etc
etc
Is it possible to generalise like this? Has anyone done this?
Any help gratefully received!
