Hi All,
I'm just querying whether anybody is in an institution that has an
electronic subscription to the European Review of History, and would d
be willing to download a pdf article from it and email to me. My uni
library doesn't subscribe, and whilst I'm not sure of the legalities of
this, I don't fancy paying £13 to download it as a one-off. It is
topic-relevant, I hasten to add. The article is:
Cycling towards the nation:the use of the bicycle in Germany and the
Netherlands, 1880-1940
Anne-Katrin Ebert, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen
European Review of History
Publisher: Routledge, part of the Taylor & Francis Group
Issue: Volume 11, Number 3 / Autumn 2004
Pages: 347 - 364
If anybody is in a position to do this, the URL is:

Many thanks (or not!),
Paul
