Delighted to hear from a number of
Hi Lisa, Annie and everybody
Delighted to hear from a number of people already that they are intending to come.
We haven't actually got planned timings for the day. I guess that this is something that could be negotiated as part of the pre-event debate.
If people are coming from Devon and other places from further afield and are wanting to travel on the day then perhaps we need to consider a later start time to the main business of the day. Maybe we could start with a free session to allow people to link up and service/maintain/develop the network.
I imagine that some/most/all people will want to be away by 4.30 at the latest on a Friday afternoon.
We will need to have breaks and lunch at reasonable times and these could be decided as the structure of the day becomes clearer.
People have already made comments on the structure that Mark has suggested. It would be helpful for these comments to be discussed so that we can get a clearer idea of how people want the day to go.
Cheers
Carl

Annie, and all,
I am also planning to go and would also like to travel up and back in the same day. So lift share from Devon would be great.
Carl - what are the planned timings for the day?
Lisa
