I will add to the to-do list. This is also something that could be handled
at import time.

These are resonances that do not have any shift in any shift list. This
doesn't generally occur with normal use of Analysis. These resonances
have no PPM value with which to create a shift object (although
FormatConverter may have a record via application data).
Maybe these are resonances which couldn't be sorted by FormatConverter's
"link resonances"?
It might be easiest to make new resonances, assuming you know where to
look for the peaks, and to delete these few orphans.
