Hello,
I've put some stuff on the update server which should let you have a
better way of changing referencing. So it still requires two peaks, and
it still works off the right-mouse menu with a selected, reference, peak.
But a popup dialog appears (so instead of just a confirmation question).
The second peak can be in another window. If both peaks are in the same
window the popup guesses that you want to change x and y. If the peaks
are in separate windows it doesn't try to guess what dimensions you want
to re-reference. In the popup you can specify which dimensions should be
re-referenced (so, for example, if both peaks are in the same window and
you didn't want to change the y referencing, just the x, then that can be
specified now). The re-referencing information is also output to screen
just in case you need to backtrack. The look and feel of the popup might
change but hopefully this is good enough to get started with.
