Hello,
The thing to first check is whether this is an OpenGL problem or some
other problem. Now depending on how old your project is, whether the
OpenGL or Tk graphics is used is specified in one of two ways.
For projects that are 1.0.12 and later (if I remember correctly) this is
specified in the file PROJECT_NAME/ccpnmr/Analysis.xml. Open that file
(in your favourite text editor) and look for graphicsHandler and change
the value from OpenGL to Tk.
For older projects, this is specified in the file PROJECT_NAME.xml (i.e.
the top-level project file). Inside that file search for graphicsHandler
and two lines above that change the OpenGL to Tk.
Then starting Analysis should hopefully work, if this was an OpenGL
problem. And assuming it is an OpenGL problem then it will be slightly
trick to sort. It's possible it is picking up incompatible libraries
(both Analysis, and OpenGL itself). Indeed, if this is not an OpenGL
problem (and you have no pre-calculated contour files) then it is likely
that we have an incompatible library problem.
So first try the Tk graphics and let us know what happens and we can take
it from there.
