Hello,
One extra comment. In most installations there will be a script called
formatConverter in ccpnmr/bin. In there you will find a line that looks
something like:
/sw/bin/python -O $CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/FormatConverter.py $1
If you want to run the formatConverter with -noThread as an argument you
will need to add a $2 after the $1 (i.e. at the end of that line).
Otherwise any argument other than the first will just go down a
black hole. (Which in this case would normally be the project file.)
(And to have the automatic nothread from Analysis you will need to
download AnalysisPopup.py from the update server.)
