Job Description
Main Purpose of Role
The Centre for HCI Design (HCID) has recently established an Interaction
Lab. The Lab is partially supported by the Vodafone Foundation. A Lab
Manager is required to manage the promotion and day to day activities of
the lab.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to all aspects
of the lab management. Most of the work will be at City University but
the Lab Manager will also have to travel locally to promote and
establish links with prospective industrial users of the lab.
Qualifications
Good BSc or MSc degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. computer science,
cognitive science, human-computer interaction) which includes the study
of human-computer interaction.
