Subject: Nutritional table
Dear colleagues,
I am currently searching the web in attempt to find nutritional data on plants found in Near Eastern archaeobotanical assemblages. Any lead to such information?
Any data regarding wild plants are especially welcome, although domesticated plants are important as well...
Many thanks in advance,
Ehud Weiss
