Gee, this one took a while to figure out. It is not a bug.
The proline dissappears because you're sorting on the first atom column,
so naturally the first hydrogen atom of proline 'Ha' comes before 'Hn' and
the residues will be out of order.
Try sorting by sequence number instead...
