How sad. I saw him read a few years back. He was so light but serious. And
his 'An Anthology of Concrete Poetry' is my favourite book I haven't got.
Did he own/run 'something else' press? and is it true that it got it's name
because someone suggested a name and then someone said 'let's call it
something else'. is that right? no idea where i heard that story.
