I believe we do have a role and are asked to get involved. I have had the
question that if employee A was off work with condition B are they likely to
be able to perform the activities in the surveillance footage. The case of
the man carrying timber off the top of his large van comes to mind. These
activities were more strenuous than his work role. We also heard on the
grape vine that he had laid a drive for another employee though there was no
footage of him doing this only a pristine drive.

dismissal or prosecution. James are you photogenic enough to be the
presenter, where's that video camera?
