The problems we have had is the seemingly temperamental
nature of the cards/system such that sometimes it lets you
in and sometimes not - leadingt o frequent need for
unlocking cards, changing passwords, and in the end since
everything goes so slowly we all tend to use it only if we
have to and not "online" as it was intended.
