Hello everyone,
Just a little "up" on a previous message. I found out that the cluster
browser feature in fslview works only for outputs of first level analysis.
Furthermore, when you open the output of a higher-level analysis *after*
viewing a first level analysis, the cluster browser seems to work, but
actually keeps displaying the cluster coordinates, size, etc... of the
first level analysis. If you open a higher-level analysis in a freshly
open fslview, the cluster browser is not available.
Is this behavior normal for fslview? Any work around to use this nice
feature with higher-level analyses?
Thanks in advance,
Stephane
