Many thanks for your enquiry; a bit of a toughie, this one! Although I
can't identify it, I think you might find it illustrated in Edward
Pinto's book on 'Treen'. Moreover, I think his amazing treen collection
is now in Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. so they might be worth
approaching for advice.
