Hello Christine,
as you know, Moodle does not have an online conference module,
so it has to be outside Moodle, talking about Moodle.
I work with collaborative e-learning communities and tools that enhance collaborative e-learning,
I can suggest tools and techniques to enhance and evaluate collaborative e-learning communities as
well as Web 2.0 tools (blogs & wikis). the catalyst is the practical use in schools with specific
and systematic aproaches every teacher can use :-)
cheers
