I don't think so Niki
I think where the LPF will have the biggest impact is in assisting LA's
to meet the obligations set out in the e-strategy.
If an LA can offer an area wide Learning Platform, like the LGfL, then
those schools who might not normally even think of considering using ILT
let alone a VLE or learning platform can get on the band wagon without
having to install servers, manage email exchanges, consider
authentication problems and all those other pains we know so well...
