It might be helpful, however I could not figure out where that
VO_<VO>_RBS variable is located. I'm waiting for a follow-up on that
ticket.
On the other hand, so far only few machines (UIs) seem to be using the
'RB balancing' mechanism. They are: heppc009.ph.qmul.ac.uk,
lapk.lancs.ac.uk. They might be others, but the few job submissions
there used only one RB or the other.
Anyway, all this information was grabbed from log files as I didn't
receive any feedback from sites.
