I've just committed to CVS some changes to the AST library which affect
the way in which astFindFrame and astConvert works when matching a
SkyFrame (or SpecFrame, TimeFrame, DSBSpecFrame, FluxFrame)) against a
CmpFrame. In previous versions of AST, the astFindFrame and astConvert
methods have not been able to find a SkyFrame (or whatever) if it is
embedded inside a CmpFrame. This can now be done (but you have to set the
MaxAxes attribute in the SkyFrame to be at least equal to the number of
axes in the target CmpFrame).
This is fairly significant change to the way AST works, so be on the
look-out for unexpected behaviour in the areas of Frame alignment and
Frame selection...
