Hmmm... I would probably agree with you ifLena had 2 conditions plus
their baseline(s). But Lena has only two conditions, thus only one
contrast (and its reverse - I mean [A-B] or [B-A]) possible when
comparing her groups. Basically, it does boil down to a 2-sample
t-test, doesn't it?
