yes, exactly: You would select the con images corresponding to each
cell of the factiorial design. Imagine a 2x2 design:
1_1 1_2 2_1 2_2
You would want to produce a separate con image for each cell, i.e. run
the contrasts 10 0 0, 0 1 0 0, 0 0 1 0, 0 0 0 1. Then, in the SPM5
factorial design interface, you just assign each con image to the
corresponding factor level
1_1: 1 0 0 0
1_2: 0 1 0 0
2_1: 0 0 1 0
2_2: 0 0 0 1
