Hi Frederico
Here is what i get in SPM2 if I use inf as the cut-off period for
spm_filter:
>> K.RT=2;K.HParam=inf;K.row=1:200,K=spm_filter(K)
K =
RT: 2
HParam: Inf
row: [1x200 double]
X0: [200x6 double]
K =
RT: 2
HParam: Inf
row: [1x200 double]
X0: [200x0 double]
>>
As you can see the matrix X0 which contains the discrete cosine
transform regressors is empty. If you use the default 128s I get the
following:
>> K.RT=2;K.HParam=128;K.row=1:200,K=spm_filter(K)
K =
RT: 2
HParam: 128
row: [1x200 double]
X0: [200x6 double]
K =
RT: 2
HParam: 128
row: [1x200 double]
X0: [200x6 double]
>>
As you can see, X0 now contains 6 columns and would use 6 df. I would
expect SPM5 to give the same, but why don't you give it a try and
tell us the result?
