Dear All,
I may have come acrosss a problem using snpm3/5 on spm5 due to a problem
with spm_mip ("too many input arguments"). When finding significant
results (rare enough ;) there is an error from either line 620 of
snpm_combo_pp.m (version 4.11 from 2006/05/04, 19:57:13)
spm_mip(SnPMt,XYZ,MAT,DIM); axis image
or from line 1009 of snpm_pp.m (version 4.25 from 2006/07/28 14:24:09)
which is identical to the line above.
I think this is due to the fact that in spm5, the current version of
spm_mip.m (version 652 from 2006-10-17 16:51:32) has the format
spm_mip(Z,XYZ,M);
whereas in my version of spm2 (which I believe to be current: version
2.8 from 04/06/24) it is
spm_mip(Z,XYZ,M,DIM);
Replacing spm_mip5 with spm_mip2 makes snpm3 work but not spm5 (so it
kind of proves the point but is not ideal either ;)
A quick and dirty workaround would be to rename spm_mip from spm2 to
spm_mip2.m and put it into snpm's folder. When then replacing both
occurrences of spm_mip-calls with spm_mip2 things seem to work. Voila :)
Best,
Marko
