Hi In Kang,
You probably just want to use masking, preferably (in my opinion) an
explicit mask, but more easily, threshold masking. For VBM, an
absolute threshold of between about 0.05 and 0.2 should be okay. I'm
not sure what works best for fMRI or PET, perhaps the default relative
threshold is okay...
