£32,471 - £38,772 per annum
The School of Applied Social Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer with
experience teaching research methods, in particular quantitative methods,
as part of its undergraduate programmes and the Faculty-wide ESRC-
recognised MAs in Research Methods. Candidates must have a good honours
degree, experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, a
good publications record and preferably a doctorate.
The School of Applied Social Sciences is a multidisciplinary School that
includes Sport, Sociology, Criminology, Community and Youth Work, and
Social Work. We are an expanding and vibrant part of a world-class
university located in the heart of a World Heritage Site city. Conditions
for undertaking research are excellent, including an established research
leave scheme.
