An attempt was made about least five or six years ago to set up a London based (RMS) group but for the life of me I can't recall who was driving it. RMS may still have original membership details. It floundered due to lack of take up and the person leading switched jobs I think so the momentum was lost after two or three meetings.
Scotland recently set up a new general (RMS) group which has been overwhelmingly successful. Perhaps timing is just better now.
ARMA has a resource list for legal professionals but not sure if they have a group

Subject: Records Managers/Archivists at Law Firms
I was wondering if anyone knew of any groups/forums specifically for
people working in records at law firms or in the legal world. I'm sure
anyone who has worked with solicitors and lawyers knows they come with
their own unique set of issues and regulations!
Or would anyone be interesting in one if it got started up.....
replies on or off list appreciated.
Thanks
Sue
