First International Symposium on Mauricio Kagel
The University of Siegen is pleased to host the
first international Kagel Symposium, “From the
Instrumental to the Imaginary Theatre: Aesthetic
Changes in the Work of Mauricio Kagel”, to be
held from 28 to 30 June 2007. In addition to
presentations by leading international Kagel
scholars, there will be performances of his
music-theatrical work, his piano music as well as
a first performance: “Quasi niente, for closed
