**This event will be filmed for a BBC4 documentary on contemporary classical 
music in Britain.  Rational Rec cannot guarantee that you will not be filmed 
in the crowd at this event.**

Rational Rec is a monthly inter-art social occasion based at Bethnal Green 
Working Men's Club, incorporating sound, music, text, performance and film 
into a damn good night out.  Come along and be artistically, intellectually 
and alcoholically stimulated

New Rational Music, programmed by Rational Rec's Matthew Shlomowitz and 
Cecilia Wee, features new works by six UK composers.  The music and 
accompanying composer conversations draw on themes including the fragment, 
performance art and the experimental tradition.

In between sets, create some action art works by international artists - 
from changing the temperature of the room to repeat suicides, test your 
boundaries for visual arts practice with Rational Rec and Do-it.  Create 
some at the Club or take some instructions home and send us your pictures.
