An invitation to attend a forum on ....
Scotland's Public Service Spectrum

Ofcom propose to auction spectrum released after digital switchover.
This Forum provides an opportunity to discuss the issues surrounding
spectrum auctions and the impact on the future of public broadcast and
wireless communications in Scotland.
Outline: A forum organised on behalf of the Scottish Parliament’s Cross
Party Culture and Media Group, supported by the Department of Geography
& Sociology University of Strathclyde, to discuss Scotland’s future
spectrum requirements for public service broadcasting and wireless
broadband.
Purpose: To contribute to an informed discussion and to assist response
to Ofcom’s consultation on Digital Dividend access and regulation
before the consultation closes on 20th March.
