Dear Paul,
In the Bodleian copy the "missing" maps actually comprise
small inserts on the sheets numbered top left,
respectively, "Map X", "Map XXI", "Map XXVI" and "Map
XXXIV". I suspect this has been overlooked by our German
colleagues.
