Hi all,
I'm also finding it nigh on impossible to fit the word limit (my first
attempt was more like 4000 words!). The most useful method I found was
to cut out any kind of pure description about me or the organisation or
what I've done, and incorporate this into other sections, so that all
that's left is truly evaluation. Consequently I think my expanded CV,
job description, and "annotated" organogram will be as long as the
evaluative statement, so I'm hoping that will be acceptable! I hadn't
thought about footnotes - that's really useful (since I still have some
chopping to do before it reaches that magic 1000 words).
Any other advice gratefully received...
Cheers,
Fiona.
