Dear colleagues,
A request for up-to-date information which I have been unable to answer
definitively:
If a GP has a dispute with an employee of his/her practice, would that
employee have a right of appeal to the PCT or to any other organisation?
Or would the GP simply have the same rights and responsibilities as any
other employer?
Help from people in PCTs welcomed. If you can point me to sources of
information on the web or elsewhere, I would be most grateful..
