Intrallect, a leading provider of learning object repository software, is
holding a “Future Visions” event in Edinburgh on 16th of February 2007, to
examine the future of e-learning. Several visionary speakers will outline
how they see the future developing, including:
Anne Eastgate – Project Director, BBC Jam, who will speak about how and why
digital content is changing.
Dr Colin Milligan – CDLOR, Strathclyde University, who will discuss Identity
& Personalisation, and how learning will become increasingly individual.
Chris Pegler – Institute of Education Technology at the Open University, who
will speak about New Learning Activities, and take a look at what we will
want next.
Dr Martin Morrey – Product Director at Intrallect, who will explain his
vision for digital repositories, where they are heading, and why.
A feature of the venue is an electronic voting system and the speakers will
be offering the audience the chance to vote on key issues raised.
