I noticed `Oxford'.
Mike, we have free swimming at Parsons' Pleasure and Dames' Delight, and
also at Bullstake, and but I understood that the reason why County
residents don't use them is nothing to do with cost, perhaps a lower
resistance to cold river water and leptospirosis. Rest assured for the
municipal pool at the bottom of my road I pay good money, and I don't
think there are any local concessions.
Maybe you are thinking about the buses, where County pensioners use
their own buses and ours for free, but we can only use our own. - Brian

InOxford on another unrelated issue it has been held that those outside
the City boundary are ENTITLED to the same free use of swimming
facilities as the city RESIDENTS The lawyers cited some EU reg .
I would be interested in general in the response since such practice
appears to be absurd I know that I pay when I use library internet
outside Oxfordshire
