This is tyhe only link I have to you at the moment. I'm in the Kapaau
library in Hawaii. Thanks to you and Nick for the great holiday letter.
We're retired over here for 3 weeks now. It's beautiful, but a real
bureaucratic mess trying to get building permits, clear the land, etc.
We're composing our "holiday" letter and will email you copies when we
