Hi,
Is it good enough just to reverse the display range in FSLView
(making the Min value larger than the Max) since this reverses
the displayed colours.
If not, then you can take any of the *.lut files in $FSLDIR/etc/luts
make a copy of it and edit the colours to be whatever you want.
The file browser button next to the look-up table name in FSLView
allows you to load your own. The format of the .lut file is very
simple - just some header stuff which you can leave alone and then
a list of colours that you want distributed along the display range.
Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to generate one with a
suitable script/matlab/slave. :)
All the best,
Mark
