Hi, if you have a predefined mask you can use the mask option in
avwmeants to extract the mean timecourse from that ROI.
You can then use that as a single-column custom timing file inside FEAT.
The main caveat is that you have derived the model from the data, so
the p-values output by FEAT (ie all thresholding) is not strictly valid.
