Hello Swati,
you have to apply BET, either via the greaphic user interface or from the
command line.
Example:
If your (functional or structural) image is stored as "example.img" and
"example.hdr", the call
would be something like
bet example example_bet -m
The "-m" make BET writing out the mask in its binary form.
By just calling "bet" you may read up the other options/parameters.
