I am somewhat new to FSL and I am using FSL to analyze DTI data. I am
having difficulty accurately extracting FA values. My method has been to
draw my ROI (i.e. Corpus Callosum) on the B0 image. The only issue I have
with this is that b/c of the low resolution it is difficult to be accurate.
I feel like the more precise method would be to draw my ROI on the
anatomical image and then be able to apply that mask to the FA output file.
Yet, I know if I draw an ROI on my anatomical image they will not be in the
same space and thus applying this mask would not work.
Is there a way to accurately draw a map on the high-res anatomical image and
be able to transform this mask to the same space at the DTI output?
Thanks.
