I am resending this email included below with amendments and addendums due
to Jayne Walker, Social Worker stating to me that she had not received it
earlier. It concerns me that some of my emails are not being to delivered to
her ( and others) and I am recieving no 'undelivered' notices. So where are
these emails going?

I have always suffered with Strep (Sore) Throats and I have continously have
sore throats and fevers since childhood which impact on my behaviour and
psychological and physical health too.
My father died at only 42 years old, in 1975 of a heart attack caused by
'Rheumatic fever' and you are all well aware that I have pains and
discomfort in my chest, and left shoulder arm, elbow and left and right
fingers and I'm experiencing high anxiety. Since my adolescence and
adulthood and I experienced living with sleep problems(sleep apneoa) and
rheumatic pain all around my body (MyoFascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) and

You know that I need an urgent assessments due to all my Food
Intolerances/Sensitivities and Multiiple Chemical/Drugs Senitivity Disorder
has within my careplan to Susan Adams, Clinical Nutritionist, in York, in
which Dr Aylott under the NHS, arranged this for me over a year ago now.
When is this going to happen?
I am on a 'diet' which is killing me slowly at the moment and Social
Services and Health are fully responsible and accountable for this and also
the way my all quality of life which is being impacted on and my very poor
health state that I am experiencing daily physically, emotionally,
behaviourally, psychologically and cognitively because 'they' (Health and
Social Services) are continuaslly refusing and neglecting in their failure
of duty of care in 'implementing' my careplan and all other reports in my
case and referring me for appropraite treatments and therapies that I been
assessed as needing.
This is (and has) continually impacted on my equality of opportunities with
my professional university education and career.
This has been going on since 1995 (12 years now), since I accessed my GP
records and I am still embattled with you all. I was orginally diagnosed in
1968, but you are all still living in 'denial' of all my diagnoses from
childhood and within all recent clinical and other reports within my
adulthood.
I need to be refered to the appropriate consultants and other health and
social care professionals and housed in appropraite 'home' immediately that
meets all my assesseed needs.
I have clear diagnosed NeuroDiverse impairments that are triggering and
causing 'Neuro-Biological' reactions, including 'hallucinations' and other
'neuro-bio-psychological', emotional, physical, behavioural and cognitive
diffuculties and pain and distress, especially due to
'food/drink-intolerances/sensitivities that need to be appropriately
assessed and treated, so I need to be refered to the appropriate consultants
and other health and social care professionals and housed in an appropraite
'home' immediately that meets all my assesseed needs with the appropraite
support.
You all have a legal duty as professioanl to enable my 'wellness and
recovery' which you are all refusing to co-operate 'with-me' and COS/F's and
ASD's/ND's 'experts', including myself, as an user-led 'expert' researcher
and qualified professioanal in enabling my 'welnness and recovery' action
plan to even be written and implemented and this is a serious violation of
my basic human rights and is 'inhumane and degarding' treatment towards me.
I want Jayne Walker and Sarah Walker to forward a copy of this email to Dr
Bawn, GP urgently.
