Dear All
The IPES Working Papers Series is a new forum for the international
community of police experts, researchers, and practitioners of the
International Police Executive Symposium (IPES). It intends to contribute to
worldwide dialogue and information exchange in policing issues by providing
a facilitated access to publication and the global public sphere to the
members of the community. Manuscripts will be reviewed and selected for
publication by a multicultural team of editors. Authors will be offered a
quick process of approval. By essence, the Series will be pluralist in
outlook. It will publish contributions in all fields of policing and
manuscripts will be considered irrespective of their theoretical or
methodological approach. The Series welcomes in particular contributions
from countries of the South and countries of the universe with have limited
access to Western public sphere.
