Thanks for your reply. It would be good to know what platforms you are
using: Windows, UNIX, Solaris, which versions etc; whether you used
Blackboard consultancy and if so how long was the engagement and how did
it go; did implementation require a long outage in your case; how has
the system been performing since the changeover, etc... From your
website I believe Southampton were one of the first in the UK to
implement RAC last year so it would be really to get an idea of how it's
worked out at your site.
