Just to clarify that there has only been one piece of guidance from
UUK/GuildHE/ECU, which was disseminated in September 2005. Called
'Promoting Good Campus Relations: dealing with hate crimes and
intolerance', this guidance is available from
http://www.ecu.ac.uk/publications/guidancepublications/. We are
currently in the process of producing a briefing to heads of
institutions on further practical measures institutions can take in
maintaining good relations on campus. We hope to disseminate this
briefing in March 2007.
The other piece of guidance you refer to was produced by the DfES.
