Hi, Do you know anybody who works in a large local government HR departmetn
who may tell you how it works there as they are far more advanced on impact
assessments. I will be dealing with this issue next month so will be
interested in what you find out?

Dear All
With impact assessment upon us, I'm trying to improve our equality
monitoring process and wonder whether anyone knows a fabulous way to do it.
Currently, we have a paper monitoring form attached to the job application
form in addition to a web-entry form. The paper forms are scanned
electronically into a database. We are using scanning software developed by
an external company (Speedwell) to do this.
Do you also use a scanner? Can you recommend any particular soft/hardware
or a better way of doing it?
Any words of wisdom gratefully received and off-list replies welcomed!
