"Recognising Psychological Issues" Open one-day seminar for key personnel
Tuesday February 6th in London
9.30am to 5.00pm
Supporting staff in the best possible way means raising awareness amongst
everyone (not just HR) of psychological issues and mental health problems.
This way potential sufferers can be helped promptly. This quick response
greatly increases the likely speed of recovery, to everyone's benefit.
To combat the cost of mental ill-health in your organisation; what to look
for in your team and what to do next is must have training for all line
managers.
This extended one-day course "Recognising Psychological Issues" will
provide key personnel with the skills and knowledge needed to really make
a difference to the organisation and allow attendees to share best
practice and discuss issues that arise in their organisation. It is an
ideal chance to evaluate the material before organising training for a
wider management audience.
The result is a win-win situation for the organisation and employees who
are having problems.
The team that has developed this training includes a GP, a consultant
psychiatrist and an adult learning specialist. We have crafted something
that is both medically sound and jargon free, so it is memorable and
accessible.
£395.00 per delegate plus VAT – reductions for voluntary sector (please
enquire).
